These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of stackliftoff.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), and the free kits, guides, calculators, and emails we provide (together, the "Materials"). The Site is operated by Space Launch Agency LLC, doing business as Stack Liftoff ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Materials are general information and education. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or compliance advice. Rules on texting, calling, AI disclosure, privacy (including HIPAA), and advertising vary by location and industry; check them with your own qualified advisers before you act.
We don't promise any particular outcome. Results depend on your business, setup, market, and effort. Nothing on the Site or in the Materials is a promise of leads, bookings, clients, income, or savings, or that every call or message will be answered.
The Site discusses and links to third-party software, including HighLevel. We don't own or control those products, and your use of them is governed by their own terms, pricing, and privacy policies. Some links are affiliate links; see our Affiliate Disclosure. Prices, features, trials, and AI usage costs are set by the vendor and can change at any time; check the vendor's site before you buy.
Some Materials include prompts and scripts for AI assistants and AI features. Review everything AI produces before you use it with customers. Don't paste confidential, customer, health, payment, or password information into AI tools. You are responsible for how you configure and use any AI feature, including telling callers they are speaking with an AI where required.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Materials for your own business, including setting things up for your own clients. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the Materials as your own product without our written permission. All content on the Site is owned by Space Launch Agency LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Our calculators run on the numbers you enter and the prices we cite as of the date shown. They are estimates for planning only, may contain errors, and don't predict income, savings, or results.
If you request a kit or subscribe, we'll send you the Materials and occasional emails, some of which contain affiliate links. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
The Site and Materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space Launch Agency LLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, the Materials, or any third-party product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or Materials will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
